This Privacy Policy explains how Kytremavalk Ltd collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use our website and research assistant service.
What information we collect and why
When you use the Kytremavalk website or research assistant, we may collect information you provide directly — such as your email address when you sign up for our newsletter or contact us — as well as technical information about your device and how you interact with our service. We collect this information to operate and improve the service, to communicate with you when you have asked us to and to understand how the product is being used.
We do not collect sensitive financial data such as account numbers, portfolio values or transaction records. Kytremavalk is a research assistant, not a financial platform, and we have no need for and no interest in that category of information. The research conversations you conduct within the assistant are used solely to provide the service to you and to improve the quality of the assistant's responses over time, in accordance with the terms you agree to when you use the service.
How we use and share your information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain and improve Kytremavalk; to send you the newsletter or updates you have subscribed to; to respond to enquiries; and to comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate the service — such as hosting providers and email delivery services — but only to the extent necessary and under appropriate data processing agreements.
Where we rely on your consent to process your personal information — for example, when you subscribe to our newsletter — you may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe link in any email we send you. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
